🌺 Welcome

Hi, I’m Nihan Gencer.
I’m so glad you’re here. I want to share a little of my journey with you.

🎶 A Life Rooted in Rhythm & Tradition

I was born into a family shaped by five centuries of Sufi tradition, where music is not only art, but a vehicle for divine integration. My grandfather — a composer, poet, and my first mentor — taught me the power of thoughts and sound.

As a child, I lived with epilepsy. At the age of 9, supported by my grandfather, I began playing the frame drum (Bendir). This ancient instrument became a bridge back to balance. By age 12, I had fully healed. Since then, I’ve shared the healing power of rhythm in framedrum and voice circles.

🧬 Science Meets Soul

I trained as a system and social network analyst and explored energy psychology, NLP, and internal healing arts. My work bridges body, mind, and consciousness — with rhythm and presence as core practices.

🌀 Psych-K®: The Power of Belief

In 2016, I discovered PSYCH-K®, a method for subconscious transformation. Through deep work, I released limiting beliefs — including scoliosis rooted in internalized emotional imbalances. These sessions helped me awaken the harmony of my inner feminine and masculine.
Now, I offer 1:1 transformational sessions, where I support others in reclaiming their wholeness, clarity, and vitality.

🐉 Embodied Movement & Stillness

I practice and teach Tai Chi and Yoga alongside sound, including standing meditations and animal forms. This lineage connects me to movement as prayer, balance as presence, and flow as healing. I integrate this into courses and classes both online and in person.

🌱 Support Free Circles & Youth Healing Spaces

🕊️ Why I Offer Donation-Based Work

Some of my work is offered freely — not because it lacks value, but because everyone deserves access to healing, rhythm, and connection.

I hold free bendir (frame drum) circles, inner connection workshops, and community sessions — especially for youth, women, and those in crisis or transition. These offerings are built on love, trust, and shared responsibility.

If you’ve benefited from this work — or if you believe in making it accessible — your donation helps me sustain and expand this mission.
